Deadline is April 17, 2020 before 4:00 p.m.
Qualifications: Each candidate must be a graduating high school senior whose parent(s) or legal guardian is a member of Local #28 as of September 1, 2018.
Eligibility instructions: Scholarship will be awarded for post-secondary education at an accredited college, technical or vocational school.

St. Paul Retired Teacher Scholarships
Are you looking for a way to resume your education and heighten your teaching skills? There is still time to apply!
Seven $3,000.00 scholarships are being offered to SPPS Tenured Teachers through St Paul Retired Teachers’ Scholarship fund.
All tenured, licensed teachers currently working in SPPS are invited to apply online for one of seven $3,000.00 scholarships offered this year. For more information and to apply to our short form, go to https://www.spps.org/sprtischolarships.
- Scholarship funds may be used for graduate level courses only.
- The recipient must continue to serve in the Saint Paul Public Schools for at least one year after the year the scholarship was granted by SPRTI.
- Completed applications must be submitted no later than January 24,2020.
- An Award luncheon will be held in May to honor recipients.
